This tour explores the background to the ever-changing garment trade that once dominated the East End. Originally the centre of London's silk and sweated tailoring industries dominated by the French and Jewish immigrants, the same streets today are a centre for African textile shops, bespoke tailoring, designer makers and cutting edge fashion.
