children drawing in the Museum * The Museum’s education programmes provide hands-on encounters with the Jewish past and present for Jewish Day Schools. Pupils can discover Jewish history and contribute to today's living Judaism, inspired by our collections. Rare objects, photographs, live testimonies and audio-visual programmes are among the resources we offer.

Projects with Jewish schools have included:

  • Akiva School - Programme lasting the entire term, exploring pupils' family history
  • Independent Jewish Day School - Kindertransport
  • Lubavitch Boys' Primary School - Hanukah
  • Menorah Grammar School - Anglo-Jewish History
  • Michael Sobell Sinai School - Havdalah
  • Naima Jewish Preparatory School - Glass and Textile Projects
