National curriculum

Hanukah dreidl * The Jewish Museum is used regularly to support Key Stages 1, 2, 3, and 4, GCSE and A level courses, in Religious Education, History, Citizenship, Art, Geography and English and PSE.

Our exhibitions and programmes are structured with learning outcomes that parallel the national framework in the relevant subject areas. Literacy, thinking skills and self-directed learning strategies are built in to the educational activities and materials. Programmes look to promote spiritual, moral, social and cultural growth. Teaching is interactive and designed to engage all pupils in imaginative and challenging learning.

"A superb visit. Extremely informative. The talks grabbed the imagination of pupils. I do not think that I have seen them that focused before. Back in schools pupils keep coming to me to talk about the visit"
Teacher from Putteridge High School
