We need your help to give visitors the best possible experience.

Volunteers are the public face of the museum, delivering our vision and presenting Judaism as a living religion.

We are looking for people of all ages and backgrounds to give up at least one morning, afternoon or evening per week (a four-hour shift) to help us create a fantastic Jewish Museum for London.

You will bring a fresh approach and a different perspective, reflecting the views and experiences of local and wider communities.

No prior knowledge or experience is needed, just a willingness to work, learn and develop. Relevant training is offered to all, from Health & Safety and Customer Care, to basic Jewish history and giving guided tours.

Our volunteering opportunities aim to be sociable and offer new opportunities for learning and skills development.

As a volunteer, you will have the opportunity to attend special events and exhibitions through the Jewish Museum Friends scheme.

Other volunteer benefits include discounts in the museum shop and where appropriate references for future employers.

If you would like to volunteer at the Jewish Museum, please contact our Front of House Managers Gina Meyer or Leonie Warner on +44 (0)20 7284 7384 or email frontofhouse@jewishmuseum.org.uk.
