The Museum is accessible to all

There is full physical access to all public areas (including galleries, education suite, shop, café and auditorium).

Services available for visitors with mobility impairments:

  • Accessible lift serving all floors of the Jewish Museum London
  • Accessible lavatories are available on most floors
  • A wheelchair which can be booked for use within the Museum

Services available for visitors with visual impairments:

  • Transcriptions for the audio visual content in the Galleries that are not subtitled - available from the Front of House Desk upon request.

Carers are admitted free.

Access for guide dogs is allowed in all areas of the gallery.
