Due to the limited number of tickets available to our events we apply the following cancellation and refund policy: * requests for refunds received more than 1 week prior to the date of the event will receive a full refund * within 7 days of the event date no refund will be given
Requests for refunds for Special Friends events must be received more than 2 weeks prior to the date of the event, otherwise please contact the Development Officer on +44 (0)20 7284 7384 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Cancellations should be made in writing and sent to: email@example.com or fax: 020 7284 7385 or The Administration Office, 129-131 Albert St, London NW1 7NB. If, for any reason, The Jewish Museum has to cancel an event we will notify you by email or by telephone and refund your ticket in full.
To make sure you always have the highest level of security, your payment details are not held by the Museum once payment has been made. We will store details of you and your order on our systems so that we can efficiently process your order. We may use these later to send you details of our future events. If you do not want us to do this please email or telephone us quoting your name and address.
Full payment is required for all event at the time of booking as we cannot guarantee spaces if they are not paid for in advance. Tickets will be sent out as e-tickets if we have your email address, otherwise we would prefer you to collect them on the door. Postal confirmation is possible if you are booking more than 7 days prior to the event.
By purchasing a ticket, you consent to being photographed or filmed as a member of the audience, and you consent to resulting materials being used for commercial distribution, publication and Roundhouse communications, without payment or copyright.
The following are eligible for concessionary prices when such price is available and indicated on the event price and booking options only.
People with a disability are eligible for concessions at all times (require a Green card, letter of registration or proof of DL allowance)
Concession rate does not apply to Senior Card holders.
To claim a Concession rate, proof of eligibility must be provided when purchasing tickets and must be held at all times while attending a performance where a Concession rate has been claimed.
For online booking, please present your proof of eligibility at the ticket desk. Failure to provide proof of eligibility will result in reversion to the full price.
The Jewish Museum sends out a monthly e-newsletter and occasional special announcements. By providing your email address when purchasing event tickets or shop items online you are consenting to be added to our mailing list. If you would prefer not to be, simply let us know by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
