This Armed Forces Week join us for a programme of free talks and activities relating to the contribution of Jewish men and women to the British Armed Forces.

Explore the diverse collection of hte Jewish Military Museum in our galleries with Curator Dr Kathrin Pieren, plus see and handle objects that are not normally on display.
Numbers on the tour are limited, so please reserve your place in advance.

11.30am, 12pm and 12.15pm
Enjoy three 15-minute object talks by museum volunteers which will shed a light on the personal experiences of three individuals who fought during the Second World War, their deeds, bravery and worries.

  • 11.30am – Volunteer fireman Harry Errington, GC
  • 12pm – Leah Segal who served in the ATS in Palestine
  • 12.15pm – Naval officer Tommy Gould, VC

Drop-in arts and crafts for the whole family, focusing on our military collection, will be available in our Welcome Gallery.
