Illuminating Judaism

This session explores the use of light in Judaism, by looking at why light is important and what it represents. Pupils can see and handle different types of candles and lamps used in the home, synagogue and for festivals. They can make or decorate a candle, design a stained glass picture or decorate their own candle holder.
