This workshop explains why Jewish people observe the Sabbath and how it is celebrated. Discover the Sabbath rituals and traditions through role-play, discussion, storytelling, music and arts and crafts. Pupils will make or decorate a candle, candleholder, spice pouch or kiddush (wine) cup.
