We can come to you.

The Jewish Museum is an important resource for lifelong learners to find out more about Jewish history, culture and religious life.

Museum staff and volunteers are regularly invited to give talks within Greater London. Our touring exhibitions travel to venues throughout Britain and abroad. If you are looking for an exhibition or speaker we would be pleased to hear from you.

A range of talks by Museum speakers is available for groups. Whatever your interest, we will do our best to put you in touch with a suitable speaker in your area. The list of available topics changes all the time, so please contact us if you would prefer a talk that you do not see listed here.

Amongst the lecture topics currently available are:

  • Building a Jewish Museum for the 21st century
  • The Jewish Museum: past, present and future
  • Refugees from Nazism
  • The Jewish East End
  • History of Jews in Britain
  • History of Jewish London
  • Past exhibition topics (eg Janusz Korczak, Benjamin Disraeli, The Aliens Act 1905, Jews of Gibraltar)
  • Judaism: an overview

The Museum's wide range of touring exhibitions are available to hire throughout the year. They are suitable for use in all types of venues, ranging from schools, synagogues, church halls, libraries, community centres, shopping centres, town halls and other museums and galleries.
